Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
Only 4 ingredients!
Makes about 8 ounces of dressing; shake before use; refrigerate up to 1 month.
Ingredients
Juice of 1 1/2 oranges (about 1/3 cup)
1/2 tablespoon raw honey
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh black pepper
Garnish with chopped scallion
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Or, combine by whisking vigorously.
- Serve as a dressing for all your salads!
